Navigating the Dashboards

Home Screen Dashboard​

Upon opening intellectible the first thing you see is the home screen dashboard. The dashboard consists of a sidebar on the left and a project section on the right.

  • Projects – Provides an overview of all active projects which you have permissions to access. Project contain workflows and forms where by automations are configured
  • Connections - provides an overview of external systems Intellectible has been provided rights to connect / integrate with
  • Billing – Provides all account billing details including tokens remaining
  • Support - Here you can submit questions or queries to the Intellectible team

Project Dashboard​

The Project Dashboard provides access to all resources relevant to a project which you can navigate through using the tabs shown above:

  • Workflows created within the project.
  • Library (Files) uploaded by users, which can be consumed by workflows.
  • Documents generated as part of automated workflows.
  • AI Research regarding information relevant to this project
  • Team permissions and settings for team members.

Each section of the dashboard is designed to streamline workflow management, document handling, and automation setup within Intellectible.
